Advanced Training Course in Celiac Disease (2025)

I inherited a number of asychronous online courses when I started with the Continuing Professional Development Office in 2024. This included an ‘Advanced Training Course in Celiac Disease’ which was under active development.

Created by Dr. Maria Ines Pinto Sanchez, the free training program was designed to equip learners with the essential knowledge to provide effective care for patients with celiac disease, as well as the tools to establish their own clinical site.

My involvement included taking their material and turning it into an eleven-module course, as well as seeing the overall operation and delivery. The course launched in February 2025 and I’ve overseen it since.
